Key tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for personnel logistics (foreigner and Brazilians), following company travel rules
cars, hotel airline and road tickets), for:
- Crew change logistics (embarking and disembarking)
- Training and medical demands.
- Office demands.
- Responsible for staff boarding planning, following shift schedule, vacation, and training.
- Responsible for monitoring lodging and meals costs.
- Responsible for controlling travel costs by requesting area.
- Responsible for validating proformas of services provided.
- KPI measurement for the activity.
- Issuance of activity reports.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor ́s degree in Business, Administration or similar degree
Experience
years previous experience in a similar position.
- Previous work in a multinational oil company is desirable.
Interpersonal skills
- Be safe oriented and solution driven, being able to make assertive decisions on a highpressure environment.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility, honesty, and reliability are considered important factors.
Knowledge
- Knowledge in cost control and budget, project management, is desirable.
- Good communication Oral and Written English.
- Good Computer Skills, MS Office Package.
- Good working knowledge of general administration duties
