Your Role :The HR Intern wil have the opportunity to learn and develop professional skills by providing valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities and HR projects.

The main purpose is to get closer and understands how the HR approaches and execute all employee life cycle processes:
recruiting, hiring, training and development, recognition and termination.

Your Responsibilities:

Update our internal databases with new employee data;
Collect data and create HR Analytics reports;
Support management to make process improvements and implement required changes;
Support and be part of special projects;
Support recruiting and hiring processes;
Support development projects and training sessions;
Create HR presentations;
Provide guidance to managers according to HR policies and procedures;
Support employees according to HR policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Ongoing
ADM university degree.
Intermediate English will be a differential.
