Job Purpose and Impact


The Transportation and Logistics Process Implementation Lead will deploy transportation and logistics governed technologies for the benefit of modernizing processes, data and technology.

In this role, you will handle the assigned deployments project activities of the company's transportation and logistics management systems and work with global information technology on processes and design improvements.

You will engage the business units and technology resources in leading transportation and logistics' interest in the execution deployment deliverables including planning, timeline, execution and readiness of the deployment scope's project deliverables, resource planning, process alignment, risk assessment, status communications and solution stabilization.

Key Accountabilities


Manage project activities including plan creation, organization, coordination and collaboration with resources within the project timeline and scope to achieve project goals.

Provide process knowledge and expertise in the evaluation of business requirements and make verbal or written assessments on the optimal design while balancing multiple stakeholder groups.

Provide supervision to the transportation and logistics deployment regional super user role related to the project to include the accountability for advising them on daily and weekly priorities.

Participate in the creation of multiple prototype design scenarios and test solutions needed for incidents, enhancement and releases.
Coordinate activities associated with assigned scope of transportation and logistics cutover, go live and hypercare events.

Provide support to the global deployment lead for deployment efforts, shared service operations for executing the operational services and business unit process implementation leads and super users to represent the business interests in the deployment project.

Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, transportation and logistics, general business or equivalent experience,
Experience enabling a process from end to end, understanding the connections between design and implementation
Experience managing and leading the day to day project tasks and assigned resources
Advanced English
Solid related work experience
Business or operations experience
Advanced Spanish
