Your impact

We are seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer Support to join our team and provide technical assistance to our clients in various on-site settings.

Your toolbox
-
Provide on-site technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
Document all technical procedures, configurations, and problem resolutions.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

-
Proven experience in IT support, preferably as a Field Engineer or similar role.

Familiarity with networking protocols and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Any related certifications are a plus.

Fluent English skills.
