- Planejamento Tributário / Consultoria - Consultoria sobre questões tributárias e aduaneiras conforme necessário. Manter-se atualizado sobre teses tributárias e tomar as ações necessárias nas que podem trazer resultados positivos para a empresa. Auxiliar na implementação de estratégias fiscais globais e metas. Elaboração de regimes tributários especiais.
- Atividade Legislativa - Monitorar e analisar as mudanças na legislação tributária e comunicar questões fiscais de maneira abrangente. Trabalhar em conjunto com o Gerente de Assuntos Governamentais local e o Imposto Global para influenciar legisladores e autoridades a apoiar legislação e regulamentos favoráveis.
- Controvérsias e Auditorias Fiscais - Consultoria sobre atividades de auditoria para auditorias de impostos diretos e de preços de transferência. Liderar auditorias fiscais indiretas e aduaneiras. Liderar questões de litígio fiscal e gerenciar advogados externos.
- Gerenciamento de Riscos - Suporte de análise técnica para posições fiscais incertas. Gerenciamento e atualização do status de questões litigiosas. Ponto de contato para o processo trimestral de provisão fiscal.
- Conformidade Fiscal - Fornecer orientação sobre requisitos de relatórios fiscais indiretos e aconselhar sobre questões fiscais abrangentes conforme necessário.
- Fusões e Aquisições - Fornecer consultoria fiscal legal sobre estruturas organizacionais e operacionais, incluindo implementação, integração e pós-aquisição / desinvestimento, conforme necessário. Aconselhar sobre documentos legais relacionados a M&A, desinvestimento ou mudanças organizacionais. Perfil desejável
Graduação em Direito e qualificação legal (registro na OAB necessário).
Experiência: experiência profissional em consultoria fiscal ou experiência equivalente na indústria. Apresentação de sólido conhecimento legislativo fiscal e experiência sólida em controvérsias fiscais, conformidade fiscal e planejamento tributário, incluindo sucesso demonstrável na litigação de questões tributárias corporativas significativas. Compreensão ampla de contabilidade, impostos e processos e sistemas de negócios.
Influência: Conhecimento de táticas e estratégias de influência eficazes; capacidade de impactar decisões dentro e fora da própria organização.
Negociação: Conhecimento de conceitos e técnicas de negociação bem-sucedidos; capacidade de negociar.
Análise Legal: Conhecimento dos métodos e ferramentas usados na análise legal; capacidade de ler, interpretar e tirar conclusões precisas de informações legais e factuais.
Função Legal: Conhecimento das principais responsabilidades, responsabilidades e organização da função ou departamento jurídico; capacidade de fornecer consultoria legal, conselhos e assistência.
