Job Summary:

As an Innovation Senior Specialist, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies and initiatives within our organization. You'll be at the forefront of digital transformation efforts, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), machine learning, robotics, big data analytics, cloud computing, and augmented reality to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:

Developing detailed architecture deliverables to solve business problems

Designing an application's technical infrastructure, such as specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.

Leading the evaluation and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.

Participating in addressing business requirements for applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meets business results

Coordinates with product development team to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.

Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.

Coordinates with third party support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.

Answers customer and support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.

What You Have - Skills and Experiences:

Business Analysis: Working knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems; ability to make data driven decisions based on cost, risks, and benefits.

Application Design: Thorough knowledge of activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design that includes UX, APIs and Cloud architectures.

Data Architecture: Thorough knowledge of processes, techniques and factors that affect data architecture; ability to design blueprints on how to integrate data resources for business processes and functional support that align to enterprise and industry best practices.

IT Architecture: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) architecture; ability to design and improve organizational IT structures, supporting business operations and secure architectures.

Top Candidates Will Have:

Typically, 10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years as a Scrum Master or related role using Agile methodology.

Proven experience leading a technical team while simultaneously managing multiple projects.

Experience working with developers in Microsoft DevOps.

Experience working with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, and an understanding the combination of their strategies.

Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Mingle, DevOps/VSTS, JIRA, Team Services, Rally.

Knowledge of software change request management; ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.

Working knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products.

Extensive knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.

Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.

Experience working with onshore/offshore team model.

Demonstrated ability to empower teams.

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Background in Information Technology.

Scrum Master certification.

Proficiency in the English language.
