What You Will Do
The Sr.

Project Planneris responsible for for leading Regional projects such as:
New Product Introduction, product Re-Formulation, Cost Saving Initiatives, BCP.

She/He will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects starting from the definition through to introduction into the market, with high interaction with the regional and global teams.


  • Key Responsibilities
***- [Leads NPI (New product introduction) and LCM (Life Cycle management) for local manufactured and imported projects - guarantees implementation on time, at cost, in compliance and with a flawless execution and supply reliability;

  • Builds and prioritizes project teams, delegates assignments, establishes accountability and deadlines to drive business results;
  • Leads, influences, and negotiates to ensure deliverables exceeds expectations and are of the highest quality;
  • Develops plans for process improvement involving organizational change and development to achieve goals and objectives
  • Anticipates issues and barriers that may impede progress;
  • Leads and works within a crossfunctional team environment to develop process improvement initiatives as well as establishing budgetary guidelines for multiple projects;
  • Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities;
  • Meets or exceeds customer requirements with respect to time, cost efficiency, and business value.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Project management experience is required
  • Fluence English is required
  • Spanish (intermediate/advanced) is required
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details, multitasking and problemsolving skills
  • Strong team working and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge in MS project is desirable
