    About the TeamAs members of the Career Services team, we support the needs of VTEX's exponential growth rates. We are recruiting without losing what VTEX claims for excellence while maintaining a strong employer brand.

    As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to hire the future of VTEX through efficient and high-quality hiring processes.

    About the RoleManage the full-cycle recruitment for positions around the globe;Scale the hiring knowledge within the company by training employees and ensuring they perform high-quality interviews;Search for candidates and teach the Hiring Managers how to hunt;Search for improvements and opportunities regarding the Hiring Process;Guarantee an outstanding candidate and employee experience for Hiring Managers;Track recruitment data;Scale the recruitment process all around the world.

    Who you areExperience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods;Experience with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources;Fluent English.
