  • Develop and employ creative and effective sourcing strategies that deliver a diverse and highperforming talent pool;
  • Build hiring plans and job descriptions to meet increasing hiring needs for tech roles of all levels and domains;

WHO YOU ARE:


  • You have a track record of working with complex Engineering Positions especially focused on Management, Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, and Data and using data to inform your strategy and plans;
  • You are creative and effective in sourcing talent, going beyond common tools like LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • You build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted advisor in recruitment matters;
  • You have excellent prioritization skills timemanagement, handling multiple positions with different scopes;
  • You are an excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
