The Customer Service Assistant will manage the Rijk Zwaan Brazil virtual store. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good knowledge of digital media and technologies.

In addition to being a versatile digital professional, you have a strong team spirit and know how to work under pressure.

You are also used to working in an international environment.

What will your role be?

The Customer Service Assistant will manage the online store:

  • Validation and registration of new customers at RZ systems.
  • Issuing orders from the virtual store.


  • Online store management

  • Portfolio and new varieties.
  • Responsible for pre
- and post-sales service to customers on the WhatsApp.

  • Project management to include customers in the online store.
The Assistant will also register and monitor new varieties in the Rijk Zwaan system. CRM key user and support with daily orders.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant:

  • Degree in progress in marketing, business administration or related areas.
  • From 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • English conversation and writing in a good quality.
  • Flexible, easy to learn and adaptable to changes.
  • Social and communication skills: empathy, clear verbal language, good social interaction.
  • Focused on longterm relationships.
  • Integrity.
