Contact with customers to recover credit;

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers;
  • Analyze customer needs and propose solutions;
  • Use system to record and track customer interactions;

Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • Strong communication, argumentation and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in computer skills;
  • Ability to work towards goals;
  • Prior experience in customer service or collections is a plus;
  • Reside in Vinhedo region (or nearby)

Work schedule:
Monday to Saturday 6 hours a day |180 hours per month | Hours (Mon to Fri): 07:40 - 14:00|11:40 - 18:00 |13:40 - 20:00 Saturday hours: 08:00 to 14:20
