JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Atividades:

Realizar lançamento de NFs e emissão de boletos no sistema Live Facilities (Axia), incluindo cálculo de impostos
Acompanhamento dos contratos de telefonia, internet, contabilidade, informática e locação de impressoras (abertura de chamado, datas de reajuste dos contratos, aditamento)
Organização de arquivos físicos e eletrônicos, pastas, estoque de material de escritório.
Acompanhamento do fluxo de caixa diário, fechamento financeiro, conciliação bancária diária e montagem de Book.

Requisitos:

Graduação cursando ou concluída em Administração de Empresas ou Contabilidade
Necessário experiência na área financeira e retenção de impostos
Pacote Office intermediário
