We are looking for a Logistics Analyst that will handle the following:

Coordinate and support all logistics department functions of Zim South America using internal systems and tools provided by the company.


Main activities and responsibilities

  • Controlling bookings assigned vs forecasts vs equipment availability thru different Zim systems.
  • Daily equipment stock verification.
  • Ensure eqc supply plan could cover commercial demand and keep stocks balanced
  • Make sure all systems are updated/uploaded/fixed online to meet all internal target.
  • Monitor the movements to/fm pools and provide information to the related departments
  • Monitor and take corrective actions when KPI's are not met
  • Check SAP system for invoices payments generating internal reports for crosschecking

Requirements:


  • Degree in Business Administration or Logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High English language skills
  • Strong MS office advanced skills
- in particular, Excel tasks using macros as well detailed pivot table

  • Ability to carry out a plan, analyze & execute
