The Inside Sales position is responsible for all aspects of customer communication from the time a customer Request for Quote arrives, until the time the customer sends a Purchase Order for the goods quoted, the accepted order and the support for Contracts Department.
Reporting to the Sector Manager & Country Leader, this person will devise a technical and commercial proposal based on best solution to maximize win opportunity, while working with sales & contracts department on solutions & commercial issues.
Qualificações
Experience Requirements:
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written), Intermediate to advanced English. Product trainings are held in English.
- Able to prioritize work load and multitask in a fast paced & constantly changing environment.
- Selfdriven to learn about new products and desire to expand knowledge.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels (verbal, written and presentation skills).
- Enthusiastic, goal oriented and eager to meet or exceed departmental sales objectives and project deadlines.
- Proven ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
