YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital Platform Administrator, reporting to the Digital Tech Operations manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and the improvement of our different digital systems.

You will:

Perform platform administration tasks (ex:
user/group, security permissions, group policies); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly

Ensure proper governance and creation of reports

Monitor and provide support to internal clients through incoming requests

Monitor performance and ensure system reliability (no service cut): processes & flows

Work with suppliers like Adobe

Explore new system releases and communicate to stakeholders

Create and document system processes for users

Support quality assurance processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
3+ years of relevant professional experience in similar roles

Strong ability to connect business needs with technology solutions

Excellent spoken communication skills

Well organized, rigorous, curious, dynamic and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
