What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving customer pain points?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Give technical & business presentations to our customers
  • Make business development activities like participation in Nokia's Marketing events
  • Design solutions that maximize value of our customers and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market and other requirements.
  • Interact with Nokia Global Security community to learn about new trends and success use cases in other regions.
  • Drive solutions Demo's and PoC's
  • Answer customer RFPs and build offer documents: Technical Descriptions, Scope of work, Solution Pricing.
  • Handson projects to delivery team.
  • Do market analysis and know about competence solutions.
Your skills and experience


You have:

  • 810 years of work experience in Solution Architect or complex system integrations, Pre-Sales and/or Business Development functions.
  • At least 5 years of proven handson experience in Security solutions.
  • Experience in a software technology company and communications/telecom industry working with Service providers and working large projects.
  • Knowledge of Security and Security Orchestration solutions like Identity access management, Certificate Management, Endpoint security, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related IT discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e. consultative sales approach when proposing solutions).
  • Proven experience in customer requirements analysis, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.
  • Proven experience in Security solutions space such as Identity access management, Certificate Management, Endpoint security, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge of Cloud, Fixed Networks, Wireless Networks, 5G
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask given high volume of customer engagements.
  • Excellent English and Portuguese verbal and written communication skills required. Spanish will be considered a differential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities
  • Creative 'out of the box' thinker.
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, selfmotivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, etc
  • Cybersecurity Masters or specialization.
