The Immigration Consultant you will work closely as part of a team with our internal departments as well as our corporate clients.

Ensure compliance with the legal situation in the respective countries regarding visa procedures and work recording, coordinate solution-oriented immigration processes for our multinational corporate clients, communicate with authorities, consulates and embassies and control the performance of our international service network

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Understanding of visa and work permit processes
  • Reliability and be a quick learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dealing with webbased CRM software
  • Organizational skills in dealing with foreign cultures
  • Commercial and customeroriented approach
  • Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Structured approach
  • Fluent in English language learning and commitment
  • Strong preference for secondary language skills

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Graduate degree Preferred
  • CRP or GMS certification advantageous
