What will your role be?


As a Commercial Executive Assistant, you will support the organization of commercial meetings, internal and external commercial events/fairs and preparing presentations.

You will support the agenda organization of Sales Manager and Client Manager Chain.

On this role, you will also:

  • Provide support to internal communication.
  • Support the arrangements of the business trips and accommodation for the commercial team.
  • Manage the marketing agency activities, preparing the content for social medias and sending to the marketing agency for execution.
  • Provide support to marketing and communication activities for the commercial team (field days, lectures, logos, leaflets, banners, etc.).
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Prepare quotations, purchasing and inventory management of marketing materials.
  • Presence at external events during periods of high demand.

What you bring:


  • A degree in Administration or related studies.
  • Affinity with marketing, social medias and commercial environment.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written as verbal.
In addition, you have a high degree of motivation, flexibility and you are willing to learn. You are a good planner and well organized.


We are seeking a team player with good interpersonal skills (discretion and confidentiality) and good communication skills - both verbal and written.

You enjoy to organise things and you also have IT skills (excel, word, power point). A team mentality and the ability to establish and develop contacts and relations in diverse cultures are indispensable qualities.
