This position reports into the Americas Regional Head of the Local Safety Organization and is based at
São Paulo, Brazil.

What will you do

The Pharmacovigilance Specialist will support the Global Safety Organization in several PV operations and compliance tasks related to the vigilance of the Kenvue product portfolio under the umbrella of the Local Safety Officers (LSOs).

Responsibilities:

Support the LSOs on applicable operational tasks and ensure overall inspection readiness across the Local Safety Organization, work in close partnership with members across all regions to ensure a global consistent approach for Safety.
Coordinate regular data/metrics delivery produced by LSOs or other sources
Support preparing the compliance oversight reports and meetings needed for the different stakeholders for final review by the PV Leadership team
Coordinate review of procedural documents to meet global standards and local applicable laws as applicable
Coordinate procedural document impact assessment at global, regional and local level for the PV organization
Ensure maintenance of PV Training Curricula and coordinate assignment of trainings per role change in close cooperation with Regional PV Teams.
Own and coordinate Quality investigations and related records for PV.
Support the LSOs on writing investigations and conduct root cause analysis to ensure high quality, consistency and accuracy content.
Maintain oversight of PV owned records and ensure timely completion and closure of records.
Oversee timely delivery of the requested Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF) annexes per PV regions.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Qualification in Medical/ Health Sciences and/or proven equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance and safety issue management
Computer literate with basic knowledge of safety database systems
Advanced/Fluent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus
Ability to connect in a global organization
