Two key areas of ownership

  • Overall LATAM marketing
  • Responsible for brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline development, and product marketing, mainly in Brazil and Mexico to begin with

Responsible for

  • Own Reach, Awareness, Credibility, and Perception building within our target segments in the region
  • Own metrics for MQLs, SQLs, Opps, and Pipeline contributions from our target segments
  • Own the overall budget, marketing strategy, channel mix, and campaign execution for the region
  • Own and implement content plans, digital campaigns, ABM strategy, and offline/events execution for LATAM. Collaborate with sales, SDR, partners, and product leadership to make this happen
  • Build and manage a small team of one or two marketing executives to begin with. Handle future resource planning and hiring as the business grows in the region.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience. Preferably in enterprise tech products
  • Wellrounded marketing experience in budgeting, demand generation, campaign planning, campaign orchestration, and ABM
- [NOT looking for people with a background only in one area of marketing like content marketing or product marketing, or digital marketing]. We are looking for someone who is a bit of a generalist in marketing. Preferably someone who has been a senior regional marketing manager or regional marketing lead.

  • A history of planned, budgeted, managed & measured endtoend campaigns across events, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
  • The person will be expected to manage a small local team of field marketers while working with a central marketing team of content, digital, marketing ops, and product marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Efficient budget management. And someone who can execute fast.
  • The person will be measured on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. The ability and willingness to own these business results are important
