    About the Job:


    The LATAM eCommerce Team is responsible for the sales growth of eCommerce DtC Channels working in partnership with the 7 subsidiaries in Latin America.

    As we expand our operations in Latin America, we are looking for an eCommerce Mobile App Content and UX Jr Manager.


    Position:
    LATAM eCommerce Mobile App Content Manager


    Main Responsibilities:


    Develop, create and manage content strategy, in partnership with the content marketing agency, aligning the App 1st Strategy and addressing the needs and interests of both, customers and Samsung.

    Analyze various data, in order to deliver data insights towards the Shop App strategy and targets, including installation, traffic, conversion rates, product strategy/assortment and average order value, leading the Mobile App adoption, sales and customer experience.

    Analyze the User Interface and identify improvement points in the customer journey, translating into opportunities to be explored and prototyped in an agile way.

    Translates concepts into results and prototypes, evaluating user feedback and projecting potential business gains.
    Apply tests to ensure understanding of the proposed experience.
    Work in collaboration with colleagues in countries/subsidiaries by running Weekly Meetings for targets and action plan follow up.
    Provide inputs for localization and support the subs to validate assets delivered by regional agency.
    Coordinate with Promotional team for always on exclusive content on app.
    Define app communication strategy and recommend to subs.
    Collaborate with Samsung head quarter (HQ) identifying and applying best practices in the region.
    Support the preparation of weekly reports and presentations of results and strategies to the Top Management.


    Requirements and Skills:
    Solid experience in digital operations, ideally in management of e-commerce content platforms.
    Good knowledge in growth marketing driven for APP operations.
    Experience in UX and UI in digital environments / operations.
    Experience with Mobile App is a key differentiator.
    Hands on profile, with analytical skills, sense of urgency and good interpersonal relations.
    Undergraduate degree in related areas, such as Administration, Marketing, Design, among others.
    Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish (differential).
