OPERATIONS LEADER

Job description:

Responsible for the operational performance of vessels during commercial operations in accordance with the organization's principles and governance.
Recognize and drive Quality, safety and environmental performance of the asset from within the team.
Facilitate single point communication for project teams during operations, facilitating discussion and communication with other departments in the organization;
Support the commercial and operations consolidation team as needed in the development of studies, FEEDs, proposals and consolidation and improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on the group's quality principles
Manage/support the preparation of functional specifications for vessel upgrades and CAPEX requirements based on current or future outlook
Reduce operational risk by developing and maintaining standardization of vessel operations

You are meant for this job if:

Experience in team management
Demonstrated experience in the execution of subsea projects
Commercial and offshore market understanding
Fluent English
Completed University Education
