We are seeking an enthusiastic
Business Development Manager for remote work as _micro empresa (contractor)_. You will work in a fast-paced team-minded environment that rewards results, resourcefulness and initiative.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Manage and grow existing customer portfolio (achieve growth, upselling and crossselling).
  • Handle all incoming lead requests and duly followingup on them to achieve our conversion rates goals.
  • Generation of new leads.
  • Active feedback reception, interacting with customers thus generating proposals for improvement of the platform and offering alternative solutions to their needs.
  • Representing the company in events and visits to customers.
  • Act as a moderator on the customer forum and chats.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor degree or about to graduate.
  • Experience in sales/customer service roles.
  • Advanced or native English. French or Arabic is strongly desired but not a must.
  • Strong knowledge of how to build fruitful partnership provision of highquality service, diplomacy, attention to details, honesty.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fast learner we provide you with an extensive training program during your probation period, and with a plethora of training opportunities after that.
  • High productivity level and high speed of work in general it is important for us how many unique letters you can write per day and how many phone calls/ meetings you can handle at no quality loss.
  • Multitasking skills ability to switch focus easily within a high number of incoming tasks.
  • Outstanding supreme time management skills ability to set priorities, plan your day based on incoming requests, possible force majeure, tasks from the Team Lead, and your personal work goals.
  • Team player because no great achievement is possible without team support.
