About The Role:

As part of the Business Services team, the intern will support the broker, commercial, credit and underwriting areas in various activities such as:

Provide support in administrative activities.
Perform update of the documentation processes (Manuals and Procedures) of the area.
Support the team in activities related to registration and issuing of policies.
Provide support in the recovery of documents for audits.
Interact and collaborate with key stakeholders and experts across the company.
Support the Surety insurance broker.
Monitor and develop knowledge in the insurance industry focused on surety insurance, such as legal and contractual guarantees.

About The Team:

The Business Services team is composed of 1 Team Lead and 4 analysts.

The analysts work as a team with the commercial, credit, and underwriting areas, supporting both the broker in quoting insurance and the underwriters ( responsible for risk analysis), aiming to ensure timely issuance and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Also acting in the enhancement and continuous improvement of the area's processes by participating and conducting small to medium-sized projects.

About You

Studying for a degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or Insurance and Pension Funds. Graduation expected on the second semester of 202
Advanced knowledge of Office Package is desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Problem solving skills and good analytical capacity.
Proactive and assertive verbal and written communication.
Intermediate English desirable.
Agility and proactivity.
Systemic and process oriented vision.
