A successful sales associate is self-motivated, has a sales mindset is outgoing, and with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Firsthand experience managing outreach campaigns and closing sales.
- Creativity, energetic and willing attitude.
- A dedicated hard worker who is able and determined to win.
