Job Description Summary:
Responsible for defined work or projects with high level complexity. Follows a work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities

Serves as direct liaison to functional process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work.
Provide technical directions to functional peers.
Responsible for translating highlevel business requirements into detailed functional specifications and if necessary, for managing requests for changes to the specifications.
Assists the business in determining which requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes.
Maintains functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned area's systems, organization, and business processes.
Through technical considerations, assist others in the accomplishment to work assignments.
Provide technical expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and special projects personnel.
Direct the preparation of and approve appropriate reports and communicate status and results.
Identifies multiple solutions & provides in depth scenario analyses. Identifies and explores alternative solutions.
Serve as a primary interface with internal and external contributing organization relative to technical requirements, directions and problem resolution.
Collaborate with management in developing technical directions, setting objectives, and setting realistic and challenging goals.
Implement work activities to meet these plans, monitor progress, and report status.
Assist in the modification or establishment of operating practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
Minimum of 5 years experiences in Information tech required.
Fluency in english.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP HANA would be an added advantage.
Ability to resolve issues through immediate action or shortterm planning.
