What you will do

  • Assertive and strategic customer service, understanding their needs and offering the best possible experience
  • Sales order management working in partnership with the direct sales channel
  • Management of the logistics of exchanges and returns

What do you need to have

  • Education completed or in progress in the areas of administration, logistics or related courses
  • Experience with large customer service talking with costumer from the direct channel
  • Knowledge in critical customer management
  • Ability to handle multiple demands
  • Experience with conflict and expectations management
