What you will do
- Assertive and strategic customer service, understanding their needs and offering the best possible experience
- Sales order management working in partnership with the direct sales channel
- Management of the logistics of exchanges and returns
What do you need to have
- Education completed or in progress in the areas of administration, logistics or related courses
- Experience with large customer service talking with costumer from the direct channel
- Knowledge in critical customer management
- Ability to handle multiple demands
- Experience with conflict and expectations management
