THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring an INDIRECT CHANNEL SALES SUPPORT ANALYST to our INDIRECT CHANNEL team in São Paulo

YOUR IMPACT:

The primary responsibility is to support the indirect channel sales team by making sure all processes regarding the launch of a new client run smoothly
Help standardize the launching processes for the indirect channel clients
Establish close relationships with sales executives, and other crossfunctional teams to guarantee processes are adapted to the needs of our partners
Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the projects and sales leadership to improve performance and relationships with partners and stakeholders
Analyze and suggest process improvements to better support our sales team
Guarantee all important partnership billing reports are released on time, validate them and connect with the partner to get approvals monthly

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's degree
Intermediate/Advanced in English
Advanced level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Great at problem solving
Previous experience working directly with a sales team
Solid interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
Organized and with great prioritization skills
Initiative to work on process improvement in a fast and dynamic environment
Ability to generate empathy with clients and peers
Practical, pragmatic and hands on
Spanish is a plus
Prior experience working with tools as Zendesk, Pipefy and Salesforce is a plus
