THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring an INDIRECT CHANNEL SALES SUPPORT ANALYST to our INDIRECT CHANNEL team in São Paulo


YOUR IMPACT:


  • The primary responsibility is to support the indirect channel sales team by making sure all processes regarding the launch of a new client run smoothly
  • Help standardize the launching processes for the indirect channel clients
  • Establish close relationships with sales executives, and other crossfunctional teams to guarantee processes are adapted to the needs of our partners
  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the projects and sales leadership to improve performance and relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Analyze and suggest process improvements to better support our sales team
  • Guarantee all important partnership billing reports are released on time, validate them and connect with the partner to get approvals monthly

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate/Advanced in English
  • Advanced level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Great at problem solving
  • Previous experience working directly with a sales team
  • Solid interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized and with great prioritization skills
  • Initiative to work on process improvement in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Ability to generate empathy with clients and peers
  • Practical, pragmatic and hands on
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Prior experience working with tools as Zendesk, Pipefy and Salesforce is a plus
