What You'll Do

  • Ensure tickets are assigned and resolved per SLA/OLA for respective domain
  • Ensure technical quality of services delivered
  • Ensure operational processes & procedures are followed
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for Incident Management, Change Management, etc.
  • Facilitate Major Incident resolution sessions during bridge calls
  • Ensure resources are scheduled to deliver services normal schedules, Oncall schedules, Holiday schedules, etc.
  • Serve as domain's Client relationship manager in conjunction with Account Run Lead (ARL), Account Delivery Lead (ADL) and Service Line Leader
  • Ensure resources achieve productivity goals
  • Ensure team members possess and develop required skills to deliver services
  • Guarantee access to documentation for the provision of services.
  • Facilitate the different KT sessions for new team members.
  • Provide the information required by other SL/Towers or guarantee access to it.

Who you are

  • Technical understanding of the architecture of the environments (i.e., ECC, SSP, S/4 Hana)
- general understanding of the functional components of the SAP modules (e.g., Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Business Warehouse, BPC, FICO, Success Factors, etc)

  • Strong Knowledge in CRM or BW at least is a must
- ability to provide technical guidance to resources within all disciplines (i.e., Functional Consultant, ABAP, Basis, Security,...)

Monday to Friday - 9AM to 6PM
