To ensure the planning, execution and control of preventive, planned corrective and predictive maintenance in the HPDC area, as well as drawing up and reviewing maintenance plans.

Ensuring compliance with maintenance routines and methodologies, identifying improvements to equipment in order to increase productivity or improve product quality.


Main responsibilities
Coordinating and integrating the team, managing conflicts and climate, setting targets, evaluating performance and providing feedback, as well as defining and implementing short and medium-term strategies to ensure an adequate structure;
Participating in the process of attracting and identifying professionals, selecting the right profile for each position and always seeking to train employees, enabling the team's personal and professional development;
Drawing up a budget and ensuring that the costs and expenses of maintenance and the cost centers for which they are responsible are in line with the targets set;
Supporting management in meeting and continuously improving SQDCM indicators, managing resources and coordinating activities in support areas;
Maintaining relationships with service providers, checking compliance with contractual clauses and providing technical guidance on the services provided within the plant;
Coordinating, supervising and guiding the work of the technical teams of service providers within Nemak;
Carrying out actions relating to regulatory standards, with a view to compliance with Nemak's standards and guidelines;
Accompanying new equipment projects, verifying the need for maintenance.


Required Position Topics

  • Higher education completed: Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Automation or related areas.
  • Experience Required: People Management, Maintenance Systems.
  • Required training: Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance techniques, Maintenance Management System, Problem analysis and solution tools.
  • Language: Intermediate English desirable.
