Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
Head of Strategy for Growth & Online Journey team for Digital Customers (B2B DTS).

  • Define and execute Brazil's digital strategy for online growth (more than 200 thousand DTS customers), through 2 main Apps (Pepsico Connect and Bees). Define online journey, media, activation and promotion calendar for online B2B DTS customers (Short, Mid and Long term plans);
  • Define and execute Short, Mid and Long term Activation & Innovation Calendar to specific clusters and regions based on insights to increase convertion and results;
  • Responsible for test & learn pilots and promo strategy to attract, retain and boost our digital customers;
  • Define Loyalty Program strategy and activation plan through Bees and PepsiConnect Apps;

This is a key strategic position, aligned with other outside structures focused on digital transformation that is one important AOP pillar and one of the Sales priorities for this year.

This role will also connect with different stakeholders including Local Team (including senior leadership), Global Team and Latam Team, representing Brazil's digital strategy in all foruns.


Your Impact
As Online Journey Manager your scope would consist of:

  • Lead Strategy, Growth & Online Journey team;
  • Define and execute Brazil's digital strategy for online growth (more than 200 thousand DTS customers), through 2 main Apps (Pepsico Connect and Bees).
  • Define online journey, media, activation and promotion calendar for online B2B DTS customers (Short, Mid and Long term plans);
  • Define and execute Short, Mid and Long term Activation & Innovation Calendar to specific clusters and regions based on insights to increase convertion and results;
  • Responsible for test & learn pilots and promo strategy to attract, retain and boost our digital customers;
  • Define Loyalty Program strategy and activation plan through Bees and PepsiConnect Apps;
  • Guarantee alignment to Global and Latam team and strategic frameworks, enabling implementation considering local needs;
  • Guarantee good relationship and alignments with Pepsico main steakholders: Strategy&Transformation Team, Sales team, Trade MKT (DX), Pepsico Connect Team, Sales strategy & Intelligence Team, IT Team, GBS Team, Finance, MKT, Latam Team, Global Team;
  • Guarantee good relationship and alignments with outside partners and suppliers: Bees team, Zmees Team, media agencies, CRM/ database suppliers;
  • Play an important leadership role on team development;
  • Responsible for Online journey budget & investments;
  • Guarantee Brazil's exposure and visibility, sharing best practices to Sector team and others Markets;
  • Bring insights and new ideas to keep improving Digital Strategy for Growth and Online Journey area;

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years of manager roles and at least 2 years of digital growth roles
  • 5+ years of trade MKT, sales strategy, sales execution, commercial planning and/or sales capabilities experience, digital MKT/Strategy/comercial
  • Strategic thinking and shortlong term vision
  • Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization
  • Considerable knowledge of digital sales, strategy and operation
  • Ability to adapt communication styles across different nature of audiences, from top management to sales FL
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical skills & Strategic mindset
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus but not required
