Programs:The development and sales of current and potential new programs and concepts such as:

  • Total Cost of Ownership
  • Condition Based Maintenance
  • Automation Lifecycle Management
  • Preventative Maintenance Agreements
  • Rental & Exchange models
  • Obsolescence Management
  • Remote Support Services, etc.

Project Sales
  • Aftermarket Packages:Support Project Sales team for newbuild and upgrade project sales with services for inclusion, leveraging Aftermarket programs to help competitively differentiate our bids.

Capital Sales
  • Aftermarket Packages:This team will work collaboratively with PLM's, Sales, and Aftermarket Business Line Mgmt to design business models that incentivize customers to upgrade their individual capital assets (Ex: TDS11 to TDS11SAE) as well as incentivize the replacement of competitor assets with NOV equipment (Ex: Type U Cameron to NOV 6012).


The position will work closely with sales account managers, Aftermarket business line managers and product line managers to ensure alignment of strategic account goals and KPIs.

Sales Managers will be directly responsible for
facilitating Aftermarket risk assessments when program or business model meets RA criterion.

They will work closely with key stakeholders to
accurately forecast market demand for upgrades and services and also be available as a
resource to guide and train account managers on current offerings and commercialization strategies toward their specific accounts.


By having this role focus on customer's mid to long-term goals, we as an organization will be able to better schedule engineering, software, parts, personnel, training, etc.

The end goal is to instill a proactive mindset to position NOV to competitively support the market.
