Role Summary:

Implement routine management based on Lean, Kaizen and 5S improvement projects of the company, guiding project leaders and their teams in the selection, monitoring and delivery of the results of each project, reporting the results to the continuous improvement coordinator.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Acting as a facilitator with continuous improvement teams in all areas of the company (industrial and forestry), supporting the areas in their execution.
Support the leadership of areas for data analysis and indicators seeking to identify and select as the best opportunities for improvement and prioritization of Kaizen projects;
Actively participate in the implementation of Lean routine management in industrial and forestry areas.
Provide constant feedback to area leaders during the implementation of Lean routine management, especially at the managerial level;
Register advance information on the implementation of routine management, raise problems and risks, acting in a proactive and resolute manner.
Participate in the planning, organization, implementation and control of workflows for Kaizen and 5S improvement projects.
Contribute to the implementation of the root cause analysis methodology, operational performance management, development of KPIs, management of the tactical implementation plan, preparation of LPPs, process verification, competency matrix, Gemba Walk, agendas and function audit.
Conduct training on Lean routine management tools (root cause analysis, operational performance management, development of KPIs, Tactical Implementation Plan Management, preparation of LPPs, process verification, competency matrix, Gemba Walk, schedules, role auditing).
Conduct training on quality tools (PDCA, Histogram, Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, Fault Tree Analyzes, FMEA) for the members of the improvement teams, contributing with a multifunctional training;
Train the implementation teams, facilitators, auditors and other collaborators and other collaborators to implement and maintain the 5S program;
Ensure compliance with actions related to continuous improvement projects and 5S, provide the operational implementation team in the collection and management of pending issues;
Develop reports and presentations of Kaizen improvement projects indicators, management of Lean and 5S routines;
Provide updates and improvements to the lean routine management system and kaizen projects;
Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the area's requirements and standards correspond to the system adopted by the company.
