What you'll do:

Position title:
SAP iXp Intern - HR Talent Attraction Recruiter

Location:
São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil

Expected start date:
May, June

Hybrid position

In this role, you'll:

Support the Proactive Hiring for Diversity & Inclusion
Communicate (in writing and on the telephone) with applicants in English.
Support recruiters during university/attraction recruiting events
Support HR marketing initiatives
Participate in global and regional team calls
Work on projects as required

What you bring:

We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

University student enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related areas
Advanced English skills (written & spoken)
Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plus
Good skills with LinkedIn are a plus
Teamorientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers
Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus.
Excellent communication skills.
