Your Next Career Opportunity - Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner


Responsible for interpreting HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and programs from Corporate HQ, localizing and managing the rollout and execution of such.

Provide comprehensive HR service delivery to an assigned client base in close partnership with our COEs.

Support the regional client base relative to employee relations, recruitment, retention, new hires, terminations, training & development, performance management, and payroll.


What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities- Business Partner for Director and Management levels to work on employee relations and strategic planning for the region's growth.- Lead HR regional team to achieve exceptional results (e.g., retention, training, engagement).

Analyze trends and metrics with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive optimal team and operational performance.- Team-oriented, consensus builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, build bridges, and design "win-win" solutions across a matrix management organization.- Manage employee relations/ performance management issues, including conducting internal investigations and performing terminations.- Manage employer/ employee union negotiations yearly.- Lead a compliance culture that mitigates legal risk (e.g., LOAs, terminations, final pay requirements, etc.).

Maintain compliance and understanding with country and local regulations concerning employment practices. Support and administer policy while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Keep abreast of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting.- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, and practices.- Oversee management of personnel records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for reporting purposes and local requirements.- Participate in employee separations as well as conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.- Partner with COE regarding benefit processes, including renewals, enrollment, additions, and terminations, and assist with the resolution of plan and/or claims issues.

Oversee any secondary or supplementary benefits (ancillary benefits).- Assist with performance reviews and compensation management to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equality within the organization.- Other projects and duties as assigned.


What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements- Bilingual in English/Portuguese is required.- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field of study years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in a multinational company based in Brazil.

International Travel: 10% of the time, possibly travel once a year to Corporate HQ.- Valid Government-issued Driver's License.- Valid Government-issued Issued Passport.
