Financial Operations Program Management Office (FinOps PMO) seeks an experienced delivery minded individual that can work across teams to create and execute project/program plans, motivate and leverage team strengths to deliver with speed AND quality.

Key job responsibilities

Drive consistent and efficient execution of projects/programs by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive the adoption and implementation of global standards in processes and programs
Streamline project delivery across Finance by developing standard communications, execution and documentation, ensuring consistent, scalable global processes
Ensure ontime delivery of FinOps PMO commitments through the planning, execution and monitoring of project/program work within the team
Hire and develop a team of program managers to achieve bestinclass planning, execution and operational readiness
Manage escalations timely in an effort to remove roadblocks impeding project delivery
Drive continuous process improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established goals
Establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external business and technology partners
Develop an indepth understanding of Amazon's products, business models, payment and billing architecture and financial operations

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience supporting accounting/finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
