HR Operations Specialist role aims to provide effective and timely assistance to our employees and the HR team. This position will support HR issues and problem-solving solutions such as benefits, HR policies, and procedures.

It will also perform transactional activities related to the activities/services offered by Colleague Services, such as generating simple reports, updating employee data, and processing HR service and benefits payments.

This position will be responsible to drive, create and implement CS processes improvements and automatization and to control local KPIs.
