Who are we looking to join our mission?

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Latin America.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities of the iGaming ecosystem suited to Paysecure's range of products and objectives.
  • Lead the endtoend sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming regulators, industry associations, and potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisionmaking and preserve a leading position.

Qualifications:


  • 35 years of experience in business development, preferably within the iGaming or payments industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth within a competitive marketplace.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset
  • Knowledge of iGaming verticals such as online poker, sports betting, online casino, and crypto gaming is highly desirable.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a remote, fastpaced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

  • IGaming/E-Betting/icasino (preferred)
