LATAM Project Manager for SAP S4/HANA

The Position

  • Novo Nordisk is on a digitalization journey, aiming to leverage our current SAP solution while preparing for our future SAP S/4 HANA platform. Our ambition is to utilize new technologies by designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions that simplify processes and enhance our data transparency.
  • As the LATAM Project Manager for SAP S4/HANA, you will lead the regional project of our nextgeneration ERP platform, collaborating with various functions such as accounting, tax, supply chain, business finance, IT, and the global S4Hana Project team. Reporting to the Tax & Accounting Director within the Finance and Operations sector in LATAM, you will work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead of the SAP S/4HANA Programme and the core team based in the global Headquarter.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan and manage SAP-related initiatives deployment across the region, collaborating with both Headquarter SAP project team and local regional teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor, report, and escalate project progress, risks, and issues for timely resolution, while executing change management plans for smooth S/4Hana adoption, including communication and training plans, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead testing activities to ensure ontime and highquality completion, provide guidance and support to regional teams on SAPrelated topics, and coordinate and allocate regional resources for successful testing.
  • Manage hypercare activities, including overseeing the resolution of issues and ensuring that all necessary support is provided to endusers.

Qualifications

  • You hold a university degree in a relevant field.
  • You are Fluent in English, with Spanish language proficiency being a plus.
  • Extensive project management expertise, with a track record of successfully leading largescale initiatives in global corporations. Specialized in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, particularly focused on Finance and Supply Chain domains at a global level.
  • SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationshipbuilding capabilities, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. Structured approach to tasks, demonstrating adept planning and effective problemsolving. Adaptable to a complex, highpaced, and dynamic work environment.
