Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Job description:


Amaris Consulting, a leader in the consulting sector, is embarking on an exciting journey of expansion into the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro.

We are seeking a
Manager with a strategic vision and a proven track record in the consulting industry to lead this venture.

This pivotal role will involve laying the foundation for our operations and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.


Your Role:

As a Manager in our Rio de Janeiro operation, you will be instrumental in building our brand in this new market.


  • Strategically establishing and scaling Amaris Consulting's local presence.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify business opportunities and client needs.
  • Leading sales initiatives, including client prospecting and fostering enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Crafting and executing a business development plan that aligns with our global objectives.
  • Serving as an ambassador for Amaris Consulting at industry events, enhancing our community engagement and brand recognition.
  • Ensuring adherence to local business regulations and internal policies.
  • A seasoned professional with substantial experience in the consulting sector, particularly within sales and business development.
  • A strategic thinker with a robust entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take ownership of launching and growing a business unit.
  • An adept relationshipbuilder, skilled in nurturing client partnerships and leading projects with empathy and inclusivity.
  • Adept at navigating the complexities of a new market with cultural intelligence and adaptability.
  • Committed to fostering a workplace where diversity is valued, and every voice is heard.

Qualifications:


  • Solid experience with B2B sales in Rio de Janeiro.
  • A solid background in the consulting industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
  • Based in Rio de Janeiro.
