What You'll Be Doing:


  • Advertise open roles on various channels;
  • Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs;
  • Conduct different researchers;
  • Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote our company's brand and values.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+);
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • 1 year of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
  • Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
  • Desire to advance in IT;
  • Open, easygoing personality.

Will be a plus:


  • Any other foreign language knowledge;
  • Experience in recruiting Customer Support Consultants;
  • Ukrainian language.
