- Gerenciar a implementação de configurações padrão e desenvolvimento personalizado e elementos de migração de dados de uma implementação do Salesforce
- Familiarizado com códigofonte, gerenciamento de versão e padrões de implantação de código
- Capacidade de entender um projeto e depurar problemas
- Conectarse com as equipes de produtos da Salesforce para dar suporte às implementações do cliente
- Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente ágil e colaborativo e seguindo nossa metodologia
- Conhecimento de conceitos de Git
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e raciocínio lógico
- Conhecimento e conceitos orientados a objetos
- Conhecimento básico de RDBMS
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento programática (Apex, LWC, Javascript) e declarativa (Point and Click)
- Conhecimento em práticas/estratégias de implantação do Salesforce
- Necessidade de entender a arquitetura MVC
- Conhecimento em Service ou Sales Cloud.
- Certificações Salesforce.
- Habilidades para levantamento de requisitos e experiência em desenho de solução utilizando a plataforma e seus produtos.
- Conhecimentos de CRM.
