Your role

  • Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business? We're looking for someone like that to:
  • Role Purpose:
  • The Client Onboarding Specialist is accountable for executing or plausibility testing the Know Your Customer (KYC) activities and other Compliance specified requirements, capturing core operational data and documents, archiving of evidence / legal agreements and marshalling (when applicable) the opening of the account / relationship for Client Advisors, Financial Advisors and sales persons across all client segments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform client and vendor onboarding, renewals and offboarding in accordance with Business Line requirements.
  • Work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action. Create relationships across UBS to gather, share and leverage solutions for our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal policies and contracts. (e.g. Vendor Risk Framework, GCOO Operational Risk Framework)

Your team

  • You'll be working in the Client Lifecycle Management team in Operations Brazil. We are responsible for Client Lifecycle in UBS and all regulatory requirements related to them. We are taking ownership of client onboarding specialist.

Your expertise
- experience in client documents and KYC processes.
- solid skills in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
- totally focused on client service
- a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
- organized and detail oriented
- advanced English
