Responsibilities:


What will you work on:

Responsible for strategy development and implementation of a critical group of customers.


Accountabilities

  • Year strategy definition and follow up of key performance indicators targets together with the customer, mainly: rupture, service level, inventory (days on hand) etc;
  • Identify customer and/or Pepsico opportunities and map a solution implementation plan;
  • Review strategic plan and refine visits calendar;
  • Understand customer demand/forecast collaboration viability and implementation;
  • Develop replenishment plan for critical items;
  • Guarantee product database cleasing and refreshment month by month;
  • Communicate innovation and discontinuation products;
  • Implement Joint Business Plans, set other agendas and Advantage plans Review.

Critical customers are:

  • Advantage group search respondings and potencials;
  • Strategical to Pepsico because of market share, volume or buying model.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Academic graduation;
  • Customer Service experience minimum of 2 years;
  • Sales knowledge;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Communication and presentation skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Focus on the consumer: Ensuring the best level of service for our customers;
  • Acting as owner: Assumes a proactive stance, creates creative solutions, works to solve difficult si
