Description

Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Project Planner to support the Customer Project Manager with specialist knowledge in the area of project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, "What if" scenarios, production of reports, customer interaction, control and monitoring.

The Project Planner should be the project organization top authority on Ericsson recommended tool for tracking and reporting purposes.

In addition, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required to be used by the Customer Project Manager.

Typical Interfaces:

Customer Project Managers, Network Program Directors, Implementation Managers, Project Finance Managers (PFMs), Integration Engineers, Site Engineers, Order and Delivery Management, External Customers, Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), and E+OHS SMEs.

You will:

Review project planning inputs and manage customer deliverables

Build project milestone templates.

Monitor, maintain and improve performance.

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Administration, or related)

Min years of experience: 3-5 years of experience

Domain experience:
Radio Access Networks (RAN)
Requires both process and project management competencies through experience from deployment in network rollout projects.

Requires to have a deep knowledge of the project planning/ control tools used in the project, reporting capabilities to consolidate project data from different sources, and produce project reports.

Requires an understanding of the complexity of mobilization and ramp-up of site production, efficiency factors for planned or started attempts versus failing rate and successful implementation and handling of back log.

Intermediate English Level
