DOF Subsea Brazil is currently seeking a detailed oriented and client focused individual for the position of Offshore Planner. A key to success for this position is the ability to collaborate with offshore and onshore personnel.


POSITION DESCRIPTION - OFFSHORE PLANNER

Tasks and Responsibilities (what you deliver)

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of technical reports on underwater intervention at the edge of maritime installations, or on land, when applicable, for any operations carried out on board, which includes diving, ROV or similar services;
  • Planning and monitoring of the services to be performed, including the service orders launched at CIEMSUB Petrobras;
  • Access Petrobras' SGO (Obstacle Management System);
  • Feed the Navipac software with data from the SGO;
  • Check the data of Service Orders and availability of resources;
  • Make contact with the maritime units to check the progress of the predecessor Service Orders and restrictions of the Service Orders, whether of the vessel, well or Stationary Production Unit;
  • Elaboration of plans, schedules, Preliminary Risk Analyzes (APRs) and support in the elaboration of procedures (written and in the form of visual animation) necessary for the execution of the services;
  • Preparation and preparation of partial and final reports, with technical recommendations;
  • Execution of drawings and sketches, according to technical drawing standards;
  • Subsea service reports.
Its responsibility is to perform its tasks on time and within the company's quality standards.

Education and Experience


Required Instruction:


  • Technical Training (proven by official documents of the entities) or Higher in Engineering, with active CREA.

2 Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

Experience:


  • At least 5 years of experience in offshore inspection, repair and maintenance activities;

Desirable:
experience with subsea equipment with ANMs, manifolds, PLEM, PLET etc.


Knowledge:


  • SGO Petrobras, AutoCad and / or MicroStation, EIVA Navipac
  • Intermediary English;
  • MS Office; MS Project

  • Desirable:
knowledge in project management.
