Job Summary:

Support in the routine of the Human Resources department with a focus on Personnel Administration processes and administrative services.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and analyze documents related to the employee hiring process;
Review and submit employees' vacation requests for processing; Issue various statements, such as: real estate financing, employment relationship, and others;
Participate in biweekly meetings with the Latin America team;
Assist in the processes of including dependents;
Support in the Onboarding process.

Required Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Administration or Human Resources with expected graduation from Dec/202 evening classes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Desirable:

Basic/Intermediate English
Knowledge of digital tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.
