This position is based in São Paulo/SP with some business trips to Argentina and Chile.


The Position


As a Total Rewards Senior Partner and Project Manager you will support Chile and Argentina with design and delivery of all the key rewards programmes in alignment with the Global Renumeration Strategy and will report into the Head of Total Rewards for the LATAM countries.

You will be the single point of contact for Argentina and Chile and among your responsibilities are:

  • Support and represent the Centre of Excellence (CoE) of the geography. You will be required to support the annual compensation review, annual Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) enrolment and Sales Incentives (SI) of the geography as well as roll out of global Total Rewards tools and projects.
  • You will deliver total rewards insights to relevant stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions on rewardrelated matters.
  • Your key stakeholders will be Global Rewards team, Total Rewards Managers/Network, senior management teams and local HR teams, GBS and vendors.

Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Total Rewards activities.
  • You have technical knowledge in salary table and job structures.
  • You have excellent command over English and Spanish
  • You have experience to manage rewards in high inflation countries
  • You have experience with Project Management
  • Knowledge of mobility, recognition programs, pension funds, executive packages, compensation methodologies and positions will be a plus.
