Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


This position will be dedicated to digital sales area, B2B, being responsible for BI, databases and KPI's dashboards, transforming information into insights and action plans to digital activations.


  • Responsible for managing different information sources (Bees, Pepscio Conect, MC1 and BI's) coming from DTS Sales (200K customers), Apps activation and Loyalty Program;
  • Support Field Sales sales team specific capabilities, developing specific KPI's dashboards and analysis;
Develop important insights analysis to support strategical business decision such as AOP, S&OP, MKT Share and activation calendar;


Your Impact
As Digital Insights Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Responsible for BI, databases and KPI's dashboards, transforming information into insights and action plans to digital activations.
  • Responsible for managing different information sources (Bees, Pepscio Conect, MC1 and BI's) coming from DTS Sales (200K customers), Apps activation and Loyalty Program;
  • Support Field Sales sales team specific capabilities, developing specific KPI's dashboards and analysis;
  • Develop important insights analysis to support strategical business decision such as AOP, S&OP, MKT Share and activation calendar;
  • Guarantee alignment with different suppliers (Bees Team (Ambev), Pepsico Connect Team, Zmees Team and other database suppliers) and steakholder to develop best solutions to digital insights agenda;
  • Guarantee good relationship and alignments with main steakholders: Sales team, Trade MKT (DX), Pepsico Connect Team, Sales strategy & Intelligence Team, IT Team, GBS Team and Latam Team;
  • Analyse and identify opportunities on customer understanding across different clusters, behaviors, projections and support on KPI's dashboard and Loyalty Program;
  • Support important test & learn actions to capture insights that comes into action plans and results;
  • Influence on demand volumes (S&OP insights), Market share KPI's and activation calendar insights.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • At least 3 years of experience in structuring spreadsheets with large volumes of data, transforming it into clear information and insights
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Network building skills and Interpersonal relationship
  • Analytical capability: Ability to transform data and information into meaningful outputs and insights for digital business
  • Ability to perform proactive
  • Skill in assessing and solving problems
  • Graduates in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineer or related areas
  • Languages: English and/or Intermediate Spanish
  • Advancel Excel and knowledge in programming, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps
