What we are looking for

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or MBA, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any other related field.
A solid understanding of relevant content areas; interest in finance, leadership, and project management.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, highgrowth, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
A mature and professional demeanor.
Organized, resilient, and detail oriented.

What you ́ll do at BTS

Extensive data analysis.
Translate "numbers" into meaningful information and insights.
Online program followups to develop behavioral transformation.
Coordinate online portal content and Look&Feel with other BTS offices around the globe to adapt to the client demands.
Eventual client meetings for status updates.
Manage multiple online programs simultaneously.
Create results presentations for internal and external clients.
Manage and present analysis and evaluations across multiple industries.
Co-Build content for programs and clients.
